Job summary:
We’re now looking for a "strong" and "ambitious" Business operations intern. You will be responsible for the onboarding, performance and happiness of our B2B customers. Also, you will help set the base of customer operations function at Reneza.
Key responsibilities:
You will take ownership of process tasks and projects as required by the operations lead.
You will engage in daily platform operations ranging from payment processing, user account management, data management to various ad-hoc tasks.
You will perform various platform analysis.
You will provide customer support through an integrated platform chat for users
You will create training material for the customers (FAQ & Video tutorials)
You will support operations and management with other emerging day to day tasks.
Qualifications:
You’re enrolled in a university as a full-time student.
An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
You have a basic understanding of SaaS offerings.
Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
You love drawing conclusions from data and aren’t intimidated by having to manipulate an Excel sheet.
Have more than fluent English.
You are proactive and always open to new tasks and have a reliable and independent way of working.
